1. The service. TrainYourCS provides a hosted training platform for teams. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. You must be 13 or older to hold an account.
3. Teams and ownership. The person who creates a team is its owner and controls its subscription, membership and content. Content uploaded to a team belongs to that team.
4. Subscriptions. Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your billing page and will retain access until the end of the current period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Acceptable use. Do not use the service to store unlawful material, to harass anyone, or to attempt to breach its security.
6. Availability. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
7. Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Changes. We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-app before they take effect.
