This is the conversation the product exists to make possible: one player, one question, no lecture to the four who already did it.

01

How CS2 team training works here

  1. Write the module

The call, written down once: what you want, why, a demo or a video to watch, and the steps a player ticks off doing it. Smoke lineups for an execute, a retake on B, the positions for a CT default.

  2. Assign it to the players it is for

With a due date and a note. The AWPer gets the lineups and the entry gets the prefires — each of them sees what is theirs and nothing else to wade through.

  3. See who did it

Opened, step two of three, finished, not started — per player and per step. Overdue work is flagged on your side and on theirs, so a deadline is a fact rather than a tone of voice.

  4. Chase the gap, not the team

Talk to the one player who is behind instead of lecturing five people who already did it. That is the difference between an argument about effort and coaching.

What the coach gets

A LIBRARY

Written once, for every player after

Every module stays in your team's library. A player who joins in March is given the same Mirage defaults everyone else learned in January, word for word, instead of the version somebody remembers on the night.

A ROUND AS HOMEWORK

From the demo to the player

Find the round in the 2D demo replay, press Assign, and it lands in that player's training. Their link opens the replay already sitting on the round.

THE WEEK

Practice, scrims and who turned up

Put practices, scrims and matches on the calendar; everyone answers going, maybe or can't make it on their own clock. Afterwards you mark who was really there.

REMINDERS

By email, or in your Discord

New training tags the players who got it. The overdue reminder says how many players are behind and never names them — what one player owes is between them and the coach.

03

Why a record beats a reminder

Most CS2 teams already train. The strats are in a doc, the lineups are in a pinned message, and the coach says in voice before every scrim that everyone needs to have watched the round from last week. What is missing is not the material — it is knowing, without asking, who has actually done it.

That is the question a team training platform exists to answer. When a module is assigned rather than posted, it has a person and a date attached. When it has steps, "half done" is a real state you can see. And when it is on a record, the conversation after a lost round changes from "did everyone watch it?" to a quiet word with the one player who did not.

The same record works the other way. A player who did the work can see that it counted, and a stand-in joining on Thursday can catch up on exactly what the roster was given, in the order it was given.

Questions

What can I assign as CS2 training?

Anything you would otherwise explain in a voice call or a pinned message: lineups, an execute, a retake, positions for a default, a round of a demo to watch. A module has a title, a summary, the content, an optional video or demo link and the steps the player ticks off as they do it.

Can players see each other's progress?

No. A player sees what has been given to them and when it is due. The owner and coaches see who has opened, started and finished each module. If you connect Discord, the overdue reminder says how many players are behind and never names them.

Do my players need to install anything?

No. They sign in to TrainYourCS in the browser. If you connect Discord they can also check what they owe from your own server. The only download is the optional Windows recorder, for teams that want every POV and their comms.

How much does it cost?

One price for the whole team, never per player: Starter is £10 a month for up to 8 people, Team £25 and Pro £45 for up to 30. Training and assigning are in every plan, and the 14-day trial needs no card.
